Thank you so much for choosing Earmark Social Goods - we really appreciate it! 

Your satisfaction is very important to us so if you are not completely satisfied with your goods, contact us as soon as possible, within 30 days of purchase, to let us know what is wrong with your order. We will happily do whatever we can to make it right. If you simply want to return it, we only ask that you ship the product back and we will refund you as soon as the item has been received on our end. There is a small restocking fee of 5% and shipping is to be paid by the buyer. 

Due to the handmade nature of many of our goods there may be slight variations from item to item. We do our best to provide only the highest quality wares to you!

Computer Monitors, phones and tablets may all show color differently. We ask that you carefully read through the description before you make your purchase. We cannot accept returns if the item is as promised, just not what you expected. We try very hard to provide a detailed description of each product so there are no surprises when you get your Earmark goodies in the mail. We want you to LOVE our work!

Occasionally items may become damaged in shipping. We do everything we can on our end to ensure that you receive your new goods in perfect condition. Contact us today if your box looks like it’s been thrown all around the globe and we will make it right.

International Shoppers: Thank you for taking the extra time to get your goodies from us, we know you have a lot of options. Most items arrive within 2-3 weeks, depending on your location. It has not  been unheard of for a package to take up to 2 months to be received. If it has been a while since it was shipped, we ask you to check with your location Post Office - it’s probably wrapped up in Customs somewhere. Unfortunately, we cannot track packages once they leave the U.S. and we also are not responsible for extra custom fees. We realize that these fees can be quite burdensome but sadly it is out of our control and for legal reasons we are unable to mark your packages as gifts. Thank you very much for understanding.


We will ALWAYS SHIP to your PROVIDED MAILING ADDRESS (not PayPal) unless you specify a different address upon checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any orders that need to be re-sent after being returned to us will incur a second shipping charge. We aim to ship orders within 5 days of receipt. If your order involves customizing and/or personalization it may take 4-6 days longer.* There are times when we get back logged and items might take a couple of days longer to ship. We apologize for the delay and will keep you informed of any delays. We strive to ship all items as soon as possible in the order that they were received. If you need your items by a specific date please let us know in the "Notes to Seller" section upon checkout and we will do our best to meet your needs.

*Occasionally items will take a bit longer due to supplies and/or workload, we appreciate your patience and will let you know if there will be extreme delays beyond our control as soon as the issues are brought to our attention. Please read our shop announcements for any current delays/closings.
