Returns Policy
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom or personalized orders. 
We cannot refund you if there is a color issue. We cannot control how each computer monitor shows color differently. We try to explain each item very carefully in the item description so that you know what your item will be like upon receiving. We will accept your return if it is damaged. We just ask that you send us back the damaged item. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the item(s). If for any reason you need to return the item there will be a 10% restocking fee to help absorb the fees. You, the buyer, will be in charge of shipping the items back to Earmark as well as all costs associated with that. We also DO NOT reimburse the original shipping fee. All returns will be reimbursed the ITEM cost - 10% restocking fee.

PLEASE READ THE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY. TAKE NOTE OF COLORS AND SIZES. WE CANNOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN IF THE ITEM IS NOT WHAT YOU EXPECTED.


Shipping
We will ALWAYS SHIP to your PROVIDED MAILING ADDRESS (not paypal) unless you specify a different address upon checkout. 
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any orders that need to be re-sent after being returned to us will incur a second shipping charge. We aim to ship orders within 5 days of receipt. If your order involves customizing and/or personalization it may take 4-6 days longer.* There are times when we get back logged and items might take a couple of days longer to ship. We apologize for the delay and will keep you informed of any delays. We strive to ship all items as soon as possible in the order that they were received. If you need your items by a specific date please let us know in the "Notes to Seller" section upon checkout and we will do our best to meet your needs.

*Occasionally items will take a bit longer due to supplies and/or workload, we appreciate your patience and will let you know if there will be extreme delays beyond our control as soon as the issues are brought to our attention. Please read our shop announcements for any current delays/closings.

Earmark is NOT responsible for any additional customs fees that are accrued during delivery for any international orders. We do not mark as gift. We do not refund shipping costs. We assure you that all items are shipped with great care. We prefer that extra precautions are taken so that you receive your items in the condition in which they were shipped out in.
